How to place an order

The following instruction is to ensure your valuable assets are handled in a timely & accurate manner for the entire assessment & repair process.


  1. Complete the below Job Order Request (JOR) Form each time you require repair service on a particular Module.
  2. Read & complete this form carefully, providing accurate information in all required fields.
  3. Submit the completed form to Kentronics as directed. This will enable a quality and timely repair path through Kentronics.
  4. Once we are in receipt of your completed JOR Form you will be issued with a Job Order Number via email.
  5. Only once you are in receipt of this Job Order Number you are to ship your faulty Module to Kentronics for repair.
  6. Please ensure that a copy of the Job Order is enclosed with your shipment.


  1. All out of warranty repairs will attract a minimum assessment & quote charge of $200.00 + GST + FREIGHT.
  2. The Dealer/Distributor must supply a copy of their P/O with this form or via email to
  3. The Dealer/Distributor agrees that the P/O offered will serve as pre approval for all repairable units that fall within a cost range of $500.00 + GST + FREIGHT.
  4. All out of warranty Job Order requests will only be processed when all completed paperwork has been received via email at Kentronics.
  5. All warranty repair claims will require a copy of the original proof of purchase (POP) document along with this Job Order Request Form.
